Any form of plastic liner can be damaged or punctured in its normal lifespan resulting in a leaking dam or tank. HDPE is a hardy plastic which does not adhere to any glues we therefore offer a specialized patch tape that does seal small holes from leaking but is not a mechanical seal so it will not be able to repair large tears. The Geo patch type A repair patch is made from a exceptionally tough elastomer that resists puncture and tearing. It is combined with an aggressive adhesive formulated for high bond strength. The Geo-patch expands absorbing force on impact and always returns to its original shape and size. This flexibility allows the patch to conform to irregular surfaces.

For more larger damaged areas and tears we would have to weld the same thickness HDPE patches over the damged areas using our specialized extrusion welders and HDPE welding rod.

PVC  is a readily used flexible plastic that we can either weld or glue together. Geo-line has various options in repairing it.

The Geo patch type B repair patch is made from a exceptionally tough elastomer that resists puncture and tearing. It is combined with an aggressive adhesive formulated for high bond strength. The Geo-patch expands absorbing force on impact and always returns to its original shape and size. This flexibility allows the patch to conform to irregular surfaces. The Geo patch will hold air and water under pressure even when stretched. It is a see through patch so is compatible with all colours. It adheres instantly and is completely set within 24 hours. It is uv resistant and wont turn gummy.

For larger damages Geo-line provides a two part glue and hardner  working with our cut patches of the same material. Geo-lines glue is a fast setting solvent based glue that wil set within 15 minutes and is 100 percent cured within 24 hours. The patch is made of the exact same pvc liner and is of the same colour and can be glued over a larger hole or tear.

On more complex and very large damaged areas Geo-line can send its trained technicians to your site to weld the areas closed.
